Description

Wanhua's D Series Wire Rope Electric Hoist meets DIN, FEM and other standards. The lifting weight is 3-10 T and the maximum lifting height is 24m. The functions of continuously viable, remote control, overload protection and overheat protection can be customized according to customers' needs.

Characteristics
The optimum headroom can be increased by 200-500 mm compared with the common electric hoist.
The Gear Box adopts three-stage deceleration system, which runs smoothly and has reliable performance. The box is made of high-quality alloy steel and has longer service life.
The motor has excellent comprehensive performance. The motor uses a new self-cooling conical motor design. The motor shell is made of aluminum with good heat dissipation. The insulation level of the motor is F and the protection level is IP54.
The mechanism is exquisite, beautiful and has many unique innovations.
The outer cover of the hoist is a square welding structure with bolt holes installed on all sides. This has high versatility and can be refitted into a fixed or suspended trolley with running electric hoist, and can work normally in all directions.
The driving wheels on both sides of the product transmit the torque through a hexagonal steel, which is of great torque transmission and high reliability, and this kind of transmission is also very conducive to the installation and adjustment of the operating part of the hoist.
The structure of the hoist is compact, and it is equipped with a counterweight box. Users can add various scrap steel or stone materials into the box, which saves steel and reduces the size of the hoist compared with the low-headroom electric hoist with balancing weight.
There is no uncovered cable in the main body of the hoist. The cables are arranged inside the hoist to give it a more neat appearance.
